New TEC Machine
TEC’s own design tailored for the R&D areas of the carpet industry. These machines are a mini versions of the production machines utilizing the same gauge parts for lab to line capability. We offer a low cost solution to casted frames. Our sample machines come complete with continental style end guards that completely enclose dangerous moving parts. Furthermore, these end guards allow us to house all servos and electronics without the need for a separate control system cabinet. These machines are designed to be fully automated but they can be made available with mechanical drives if desired.

TEC’s own Windows® based HMI software. This software is the interface between the operators and TEC’s automation package. The AutoLink software is a SCADA package with user-friendly screens. Complete design in-house so we can customize it to your specific needs or wants. This system has an integrated monitoring system tracking every aspect of the tufting machine controls and operation.
